I joined but I can't sign in
You need to confirm your email address first. Look for an email from support@theunfairai.com and click the link inside — check your spam or junk folder if it isn't in your inbox. If you asked us to email you a sign-in link instead, those links stop working after an hour, so go back to the sign-in page and ask for a fresh one.
I paid, but I still can't get to the paid parts
Give it a minute. It takes up to a minute for the payment to come back to us, and the page you're on may still be showing the old information — refresh it. If it still looks wrong after five minutes, email us with your receipt and we'll put it right by hand.
I can't get into the Rehearsal Studio
The Rehearsal Studio comes with Premium Member ($47 a month) and VIP Inner Circle ($197 a month). If you're on one of those and still can't get in, sign out and back in again — that usually picks up the change. If not, email us.
I can't play some episodes in the archive
How far back you can listen depends on your plan. The free plan doesn't include the archive, Basic Insider opens the last 12 months, and Premium Member and VIP Inner Circle open every episode, back to 2008. Episodes your plan doesn't include show a padlock. The archive shows 30 episodes at a time: press "Show more episodes" at the bottom, or use the search box, which searches every episode.
Some community spaces have a padlock on them
A padlock just means that space comes with a higher plan, and the space itself tells you which one. The Guest Lounge and the Closers Inner Circle come with Basic Insider ($19 a month) and up. The Inner Circle space is for VIP Inner Circle ($197 a month). Nothing you've already posted is affected.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, then "See or change your plan", then "Cancel or update your card" at the top of that page. Cancel there whenever you like. You keep everything your plan includes until the month you've already paid for runs out, and there's no fee for stopping.
I've forgotten my password
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a link to choose a new one. If you'd rather skip passwords altogether, choose "Email me a link" on the sign-in page — that signs you in without one.
How do I change the card I'm paying with?
Go to Settings, then "See or change your plan", then "Cancel or update your card". That opens Stripe, the company that handles our payments, where you can change your card and see your past receipts. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
